GOD always gives us patience when we resist anger, sadness, and frustration.
We are very prone to these, and must fight against them with every ounce of joy we can muster.
The very thing that causes these is hoping it can defeat the joy, but it cannot win unless we let it.
Call up every joyful thought and memory and refuse to cave.
